this is a truly awesome commission. The goal was to create a bag which showcased the beauty of India the Taj Mahal in dark jewel colours I use probably one of the most complex mandalas for the Taj, I also bought authentic Indian antiques which are Deccan buttons and a beautiful turquoise brooch plus a very small Edwardian enamel button in the Taj centrepiece. Truly beautiful leathers have been used and every single panel has been considered and ensured it's in keeping with the theme. I'm hugely proud of this bag and cannot wait to see what Samantha thinks of it.
